Yulia Kosarenko is a consultant, author, speaker, and coach. Her career spans more than 25 years of bringing IT and business together through business analysis, architecture, analytics, communications, and change management.
 
As the owner of Why Change Consulting Inc., she helps her clients grow enterprise architecture and business analysis practices, and plan and execute digital transformation programs.
 
As a Professor of Business Analytics at the Humber Polytechnic, she encourages her students to look for ways to solve business problems using analytics.
 
As a business analysis mentor, she leads the BA Mindset Mentorship Circle and encourages business analysts to learn, adapt, and thrive.
