Known for his ability to align technical strategy with business value, Omer specializes in building and leading high-performing teams, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and delivering scalable solutions using the Technical Program Manager entrepreneurial mindset.
 
Currently serving as the CEO and Founding Principal at TPM Institute, Omer leads digital transformation and AI programs for Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully spearheaded initiatives in areas such as data analytics modernization, AI-driven automation, low-code to native application migrations, and grid modernization, often working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, product strategy, and technical delivery.
