Event Description
This is a critical topic and separates the great from the good.  We are going to discuss real-world pragmatic situations.  We are going to discuss techniques that can be used.  We are going to discuss how you get manipulated into making decisions others want.

Ultimately this session will have some theory but the vast majority of it is practical application.  How to work through second guessing, how to deal with FOMO in decision making, how to iterate in your decisions, how to make others make the decision for themselves and most of all, learning that. In the vast majority of cases, decisions and directions change, mistakes are made and it is about how you pivot from those makes and adjustments that really matter.
